Under Linux, when I try to read my mail with pine, pine exits with the following message:
[unable to get local issuer certificate: /C=US/ST=California/O=Caltech/OU=CS/CN]
[Can't establish SSL session to nwo-imap.cs.caltech.edu/imaps,993] Edit your .pinerc, and make sure that the inbox-path line looks like this: inbox-path={nwo-imap.cs.caltech.edu/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert}INBOX
